We are not a resume service. Our goal is not to forward countless resumes, we take the time required to recruit the best candidates regardless of their location. We are experienced direct recruiters who understand why its critical to qualify candidates based on both skill set and "fit"

Upon being pre-qualified by one of our recruiters the candidates credentials will then be sent to the client for review. If an interview is requested we meet with the candidate to further the qualification process and to offer the candidate further insights into the role.
