Job Title: Director of Insights & Strategy

Our client, a leader in CRM and customer engagement needs an intuitive, experienced individual with 7-10+ years of relevant experience to lead the Insights and Analytics team. The Director of Insights and Strategy will ensure that the agency remains at the forefront in marketing, advertising and digital research and analytics practices and standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the I & A team in developing innovative, custom analytic approaches to developing balanced scorecards for clients. 
• Ensure best practices in marketing effectiveness analysis, customer segmentation, primary research, site-side analytics and cross-channel campaign measurement and reporting. 
• Engage brand teams for each client in regular (monthly / quarterly) campaign performance reviews, highlighting insights and opportunities. 
• Contribute to new business efforts as the research and analytics expert. 
• Monitor trends in digital / offline marketing and advertising. 
• Act as the expert liaison in dealing with clients' research and analytics teams and third party vendors. 

Skills: 


• A solid understanding of advertising, marketing, and strategic brand management 
• Experienced with various measurement platforms

Account Supervisor (Calgary)
4-6 yrs experience

Our client, a leader in CRM and customer engagement has an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor. 

The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all marketing functions for assigned accounts requiring extensive consulting services and providing all necessary marketing counsel, budgeting, project management, program implementation, and other services. 
Responsibilities: 
• Provides strong account and personnel management for all clients. 
• Serves as the primary contact and as the manager for all client activities with regularly scheduled client meetings to discuss work in progress and future projects.
• Manages expenditures of clients' and/or firm's funds for direct response projects. 
• Participates in hiring and selection process and provides good training and professional development to direct reports. 
• Supervises market research and media buying, working with staff or outside vendors.

Job title: Key Account Manager


Our client, a Canadian loyalty and rewards operator based in Toronto is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to grow and manage their retail account portfolio. Your goal is to grow sales through building strong relationships and executing a marketing/sales strategy based on the loyalty offering.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and building strong relationships with the client.
  • Create a sales strategy and plan to assist our loyalty partners and add value
  • Monitor sales and effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and make program    recommendations as required
  • Track, report, interpret on sales data and forecasting
  • Responsible for full P&L for the account.

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with internal and external clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 


• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. 
• Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. 
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Group Account Director of any problems that may arise. 
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

Our client, a leader in CRM and customer engagement strategy has immediate openings for two (2) MAC Production Artists 

2 full time Production Artists are required based in Calgary with experience in the development and roll out of in-store P.O.S, newspaper ads and promotional material. You will work closely with our creative team and client and must be presentable and articulate. 

Responsibilities of Production Artist: 


• Transform projects from concept to design 
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to ensure design needs are being met 
• Work within existing branding guidelines 
• Communicate both visually and verbally 
• Be aware of trends and apply it into design 
• Work in team environment 
• Able to multitask and work quickly under tight deadlines 

Production Artist: 

• BA in Graphic Design or other related design degree 
• Candidate should be highly motivated to develop and learn new skills 
• High proficiency graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications. 
• Publishing experience is a plus
